i have a 01 yamaha yz125 and wanna to know if the crank is the same on a yz250

the part numbers are different between the two, but I am not sure what the difference is.

see the below links and then click on the diagram for the piston / crankshaft.

NO,The flywheels on the 250cc have a bigger diameter and longer stroke.
