2007 GS 500 F vs 2001 Honda CBR?

would you rather have a crushed 2001 Honda CBR for 3800 or 2007 Suzuki GS 500f? ( it's pretty new and nice even tho the guy dropped it a couple times ). Honda CBR doesn't have any meters, and it's all reassembled coz the guy is a racer and has a lot of other bikes. he is selling to buy a new engine for his new bike.
