6.5 litre diesel 1995 chevy k2500 ?

i have a truck with 350,000kms on it and its in good shape the engine is really good and it has ,afe air intake a, 3 inch downpipe, with a 4 inch straight , performance chip,  and a dual supercharger,it is around 350 hp at the wheel ,and i wanna know if this particular truck is (any good) it will just be a back and forth work truck and for school so give me your opinion?( more information is that i just replaced the controling arms and a power steering and power brake pumps , new fan, new glow plugs, and injectors come next week , also all new brake pads, calipers, and brake lines ,new winshield comes soon also, its a 380ci , a/c ,cruise control, power locks and windows , and i might get a alpine stereo system if i decide to keep it ...its a really quick truck 0-100 in about 5seconds faster them my dads 2006 cummins so ya gve me your  opinion
