91 toyota camray won't turn over after running for about 20 min but

everything else works? starts up fine and runs great, but after you drive around about 20 min and turn it off it wont turn over. i can push start it and it will run but wont start on its own accord unless you let it sit for about 20 min...?

If the car isn`t turning over by the starter then you probably have a bad selonoid that needs replacing. On the other hand if it is turning over and just not firing up then you may have a bad coil. The coils can get hot and cause one not to start

Needs a new battery or starter. If you boost it when it is hot and it still won't start then it's the starter .If you boost it when it is still hot and it starts then its the battery . The fact that you can push start and it runs  shows that the alternator is ok.
