What would you want an illegal blue light for?  CMVSS 108 for canada, FMVSS 108 for us, ECE R53for EU, I'm not sure the other countries, dictate what colour, location and intensity for lights on your MC.

hate to point this out like the first poster did but most states frown on blue lights on any vehicles
