In winter(about 0-5 degrees) how should I warm the engine the best way?
Let it works on Neutral until temperature is normal (about 8-9min) or let it for about 2-3min and ride it slow? Is it good for engine to ride it on winter? What should I take care of? And after engine if warm, after little harder riding, temperature falls:pPp

you could try putting a pice of card board in front of the radiator if you want it warmed up and if it gets hot (i doubt it will) just take it off or rev it up and ride it hard and no it is not bad on it as long as you don't get salt sprayed up n the engine in fact it is definatly better than riding on a hot day when you feel that burning in you crotch and legs from the motor when its like 90 degrees

i have an aprilia climber that i ride all year, and have ridden in the single digits- i start it in the garage, so it will start easier outside- sometimes i have to wrap tin foil around the carb and create a ductfrom it to the nearest part of the exhaust pipe to keep it from icing up.

warming up for too long causes damage to your engine. the best thing to do is to keep it inside, or if outside bike then cover with a moisture absorbent cover, and then warm it up for 2-3 mins. ride slow at first and then gradually increase how hard you ride it.
the engine is okay riding in the winter as long as you always cover it when it stays outside for too long, the main thing you should be concerned with is water and/or ice getting into the carbs.  so get a good cover and use it!

temp. always decreases as you start going faster. I've been stuck in traffic many times and my bike reaches near the red line, and then when i start going fast temp. always comes down. thats normal.

hope it helps.

As long as you keep the choke on the LEAST amount of time you have to. Otherwise it will carbon heads and valves etc. It can idle for a few minutes with choke off. I don't recommend on real cold days (below 30f) riding it to warm it up. From say 30ish to 60ish not a problem but below that the oil is thick, Ice wont vaporize as fast (moisture leaving crankcase and carbs) and could cause issues. Whats an extra 5 minutes or so. The bike will ride better properly warmed up anyway.
