can my 1991 300zx 2+2 NA spin the tires?
it seems that the car doesnt have the power it should right when you hit the gas. but after a few seconds, it has everything that im looking for. it is an automatic. is there a built in traction control? i just bought it and i havent been able to light em up unless the ground is wet. new bosch platinum sparkplugs and sprayed out the throttlebody. is there something im missing?

yes you are missing a part of your brain because spinning the tyres is only making the tyre dealers richer and doing damage to your car.

If you *REALLY* want to spin tires, the main question then is what sort of tires do you have, what sort of inflation pressure do you run, and do you consider your tires expendible?

The car tricks done by stuntmen, they may run inflation pressures well over recommended, say 50-60psi.  This reduces the contact patch of the tire, reducing your traction, making your car less safe to drive, but easier to spin the tires and spin-out on curves, generate more tire smoke, and cut the life of your tires by half, and be really unsafe in the rain.

Ok the automatic trans is really soaking up the engine power in the torque converter. No traction control 18 year old car may be down on compression. Get a timing light out and set the cam shaft posistion sensor for 20 degrees the initial timing and use only premium fuel after that that is about 5 hp. Eliminate the cat converters with test pipes throw away the restrictive exhaust another 20 hp. Disconnect  and plug the vacuum hoses to the Fuel pressure regulators 5 psi gain in fuel pressure and replace the fuel filter. Remove that center panel replace those neglected air filters. JWT Pop Charger time 2 hp? and remember with only 165 stock hp not to expect to much Transmission drop into gear will total the transmission so don't do that. 300ZX 2+2 is a luxury GT touring car. Not a drag racer.
