i used the jump cables and it looks like the battery got sum power but it still doesnt turn on,just hear a clicking sound.wat can it be??

It could be the starter or alternater

check your battery connections, they may be loose, or alittle corroded.  Just clean off the cables  and posts (where gloves) and put back on, making sure to connect good and tight.
water and baking soda solution is good for cleaning cables and posts.....

Sounds like dirty terminals. Disconnect, clean, reconnect.

When you use jumper cables on a dead battery, it a good idea to let the battery charge up for a little while before you try to crank it.

It could also be a bad connection in your jumper cables.

If the battery is completely dead and has been for awhile, you are going to end up buying a new battery.
