...repair? is it right for standard insurance to do so? estimate washover (repaint) is P30,000. standard asks client to pay P14,000. that's little less than half of the cost. is that normal? by the way, this has been dragging since Oct 31. No concrete word from standard insurance as to "go or no go" re: repair. just asking, and i need help. is this common or deliberate delay? does it appear that they have no capacity to serve policyholders? I don't know. you professionals and experienced motorists may have answers. if this keeps dragging, what remedy or measure can individual policyholders take? what advice can you give to new policyholders in order that they won't suffer the same disappointment? by the way, it's about a comprehensive insurance policy. thanks.
