Honda for reliability they are the second oldest brand in off road and motorcycles right behind Harley Davidson but because of its popularity and age it has rose to being the most changed bike they were the first to try the high suspension on dirt bikes and invented the three Wheeler that evolved into the ATV they were the first to make the race atv  and they solved the problem of overheating with there awesome air/water coolant systems and everyone else seems to be one step behind there is also a large number of parts out there that are easily found in all dealers and the suspensions are phenomenal i believe it is the best bike there is out there the only competitor is KTM but they are hard to find parts stores here in the U.S

Ohh, Hondas.  Yamahas are fast, but I had too many problems with Yamahas in the past.  Hondas are more reliable and better engineered, IMHO.
