...poor credit, what do you do? I keep hearing how much of a bad idea it is to voluntary turn in my car. I feel like I have no other choice. I can't continue to make the payments and my credit is poor due to other responsibilities I've allowed to fall behind. Any suggestion?

best to voluntary repo it..there is no difference in the eyes of credit agencies if it gets repoed or you turn it in.

dont debt consolidate..it look even worse on your credit. try to work with your creditors. i know they say this all the time, and most often they wont work with you, but you can say at least you tried. try to lower the payment of the car..if they dont want to do it..well then they can just loose all that money.
